What comes with the catering?

A full buffet comes with complete table setup, including table cloth, decoration, food warmers and full set of sustainable disposable wares. A suitable table must be provided at the venue.

Any missing or damaged items or equipment provided for the event will be subject to charges according to the purchase retail price.

How much time do you require for the setup?

Buffet setup: 2-3 hours in advance, depending on the size and requirements of the event
Private chef: 1-1.5 hours in advance

What is the latest teardown time?

The latest teardown time is 11pm. Otherwise, teardown and collection will take place the next day.

What if I need to cancel or postpone my event?

Postponing or cancellations may be made at least 7 days before the event.
Any changes made less than 7 days from the event will incur a 50% (postponing) or 100% (cancellation) charge.

Are your foods halal?

We are not MUIS-certified. However, some of our restaurant partners use 100% halal ingredients and some have Muslim chefs. Contact us if you need more details.

How soon should I confirm my event?

Your event should be confirmed at least 7 days in advance, although we’ve made magic before with less time!

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order for a buffet is 30 guests. To cater for fewer guests, the variety of buffet items will be reduced and the cost per head will be higher. Do check in with us if this is something you are looking for.

What are the payment terms and methods?

Payment is due upon confirmation of the event. We accept bank transfer and PayNow. An additional charge of 4.5% will apply for credit card payment.
